We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused and unopened products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare tools and beauty appliances must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely package your beauty tools in their original box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep your tracking number handy to monitor the shipment's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
